Our mission is to promote physician well-being and foster excellence in community medical care.
The county medical societies have been representing physicians for more than 150 years. We are a professional membership organization for physicians who live or work in Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. Our goal is to provide a common ground for physicians across a range of specialties to discuss health care issues of the day and work for the good of the profession and the public.
